About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a well-established M&E company based in the South West. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of high-quality residential and commercial projects, ensuring mechanical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations on-site
*
Oversee subcontractors and direct labour
*
Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations
*
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
*
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
*
Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
*
Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the M&E sector
*
Strong background in residential and commercial projects
*
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
*
Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and installations
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*
Full UK driving licence
