Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business and drive sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of business events.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite clients and industry stakeholders.
* Research and identify potential sponsors aligned with event themes.
* Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of sponsorship packages.
* Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and pipeline updates.
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within events, media, or a professional services environment.
* Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A consultative and commercially focused approach to sales.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and confident working to deadlines in a performance-driven environment.
