About the team

The Influencer Manager is a key role within the influencer arm of McCann Content Studios. The team is culturally curious and innovative, delivering global influencer-focused marketing solutions at scale. About the Influencer Manager role

As Influencer Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting and managing influencer marketing campaigns and proposals on behalf of our clients. You’ll leverage your relationship management skills to seamlessly service our clients, maintaining a standard of excellence from the initial briefing process through to execution.

We’re looking for a driven individual with the ability to adapt new trends into incredible work. You’ll have an excellent understanding of talent management, content strategy, brand alignment, and performance analytics.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Execute best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns for various brands simultaneously, working with the wider team.
2. Utilize creativity and understanding of current trends to deliver innovative creator activations for clients.
3. Adhere to best practices around campaign delivery, using influencer marketing tools and championing new tools and processes.
4. Perform competitive analysis, industry research, and assess best practices.
5. Draft, negotiate, and execute influencer agreements, ensuring templates are current with industry changes, and leverage existing contacts and industry knowledge to build opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create new opportunities, keeping abreast of current projects.
7. Display excellent activation and project management skills.
8. Take ownership and accountability for work and projects.
9. Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
10. Apply high levels of commerciality and understanding of the broader marketing environment.

About you

* Highly organized, process-driven, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Thorough problem solver with a proactive work ethic.
* A social media enthusiast with a growing understanding of platforms and trends.
* Detailed knowledge of data collection and influencer analytics.
* Experience in implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
* Ability to conduct competitor analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
* Proficiency with digital analytics, social tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and CreatorIQ.
* Adept at campaign tracking, research, and synthesizing insights to inform strategies.
* Curious about industry trends, always learning through various media.
* Highly adaptable to changing client and team needs.
