Graduate Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in your subject specialism (English, Maths, or Science)
Assist in lessons and deliver targeted intervention sessions
Work closely with teaching staff to support students with varying academic needs
Offer pastoral and academic mentoring to pupils across KS3 and KS4
Adapt and contribute to different subject areas as required
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
We’re Looking For:
A recent graduate with a 2:2 or above (subject specialism in English, Maths, or Science preferred)
Some experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, youth work – desirable)
A strong interest in pursuing teacher training in the near future
Excellent communication, resilience, and interpersonal skills
A proactive, adaptable, and professional attitude
