About the Role • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs • Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and promote an inclusive environment • Assist class teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour support, and classroom preparation • Full-time role with potential for additional responsibilities as part of your development About the School • A specialist setting supporting students from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4, many with Autism, speech and language difficulties, and physical needs • Known for its nurturing, student-led approach, and a focus on helping every pupil achieve their full potential ✅ About You • A confident communicator with the ability to adapt and respond to varying needs • Skilled in building strong, positive relationships with students and staff alike • Passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful difference in young people’s lives • Able to provide suitable references and hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check *All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
