Overview
We are currently seeking to appoint a SEND Admin Support Assistant to work within our inclusion department to provide administrative support, arrange meetings, liaise with colleagues and external agencies, etc., and be the central point of contact for the Inclusion team.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Inclusion team.
* Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments.
* Liaise with colleagues and external agencies as required.
* Act as a central point of contact for the Inclusion team and respond to inquiries.
* Prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines in a busy school day.
Person specification
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands of a busy school day.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good attention to detail and a proactive, enthusiastic approach.
