About The Opportunity
The Forestry Administration Coordinator will perform a key support function within our friendly and collaborative Forestry Team. Working to provide clients with certificates to the two main Forestry Certification Schemes, this is a challenging but rewarding role. The position requires excellent customer relationship and coordination skills. The successful candidate will with the support of portfolio managers mediate conflict and negotiate effective results focused on improved outcomes for customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the response to complaints from clients and external stakeholders. This includes assessing the nature of complaint, responding to complainants and assigning case-handlers.
Working with the administration manager you will be responsible for ensuring the Forestry team's complex audit reports are processed to a high standard and certification databases are accurately updated. You will help to ensure we provide excellent customer service and actively engage with our wider team to constantly aim to improve our systems and processes.
About You
You will have proven experience in a customer service environment, have a high attention to detail and accuracy and have a positive approach to problem solving. You will have excellent computer skills and ideally some experience using a CRM database. You will enjoy working proactively within a team environment and enjoy supporting others. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a patient and calm nature and deal empathetically with complainants. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent resilience and experience in dealing with emotive issues and managing expectations. As we are a global organization, it would also be advantageous to have some competency in a second language.
