Tenancy Management Co-ordinator

37 hours per week, based in Preston

£25,531.28 per annum


As a Tenancy Management Team Coordinator, you’ll be providing essential support to colleagues, customers, and partner agencies by ensuring that the Team deals with any reports of Anti-Social Behaviour effectively.

As part of our triage process, you will be answering calls and emails and signposting tenants to expert help. You’ll create great working relationships with local partners such as the Police and Lancashire Fire and Rescue. You’ll also assist the team by collating data to ensure that we are performing to a high standard.

What we are looking for:

* Using your effective communication skills you will support internal and external customers on ASB, Environmental and Safeguarding matters and tenancy failure matters, signposting to other services where needed.
* Using your amazing problem solving skills you will comfortably deal with individuals who are in crisis.
* You will have strong team working skills to be able to support colleagues in your team and liaise closely with other teams.
* You will need fully understand the importance of confidentiality.

It would be great if you have:

* Worked in a similar role within social housing
* have basic knowledge of anti-social behaviour & social housing
