Here’s how you will contribute… Supporting various activities managing gas supplies to multi-occupancy buildings (MOBs) across SGN’s networks in both Southern and Scotland, including domestic gas risers and complex distribution systems (CDS) supplying larger commercial buildings Supporting survey programmes Supporting the process for managing safety concerns with Network assets supplying multi occupancy buildings or any building safety concerns or risks Work with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and other building owners to support and provide information packs relating to Building Safety Cases for high rise buildings Liaise with Local Authorities and other building owners to understand their long term strategies Liaising with building owners and customers as part of the buy out process Supporting our MOBs design team with building owner contact and agreements Support with management information and reports as required Supporting the wider Network Management team with other tasks when required What You Will Need We’re looking for a variety of skills and qualities that make you a great fit.
