Description:Part-time PRIVATE dentist required for 2-3 days per week (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS) in a MODERN, WELL-EQUIPPED, PRIVATE practice in Hull.

• Small NHS children only contract (if wanted, not a necessity)

• Practicing Principal, 1 Associate and Dental Therapist on-site

• Parking nearby

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable

- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
