Telesales and Clients Personal Administrator Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: .
We are currently looking for Full Time Telesales and Clients Personal Administration Assistant with practical solid experience in Telesales and working as Clients Personal Administration Assistant.
1. Telesales Consultant Tasks Duties and Responsibilities : As a Telesales Consultant you will be required to be carrying out, group-email marketing. cold-calling via telephone calls to London local business owners, real estate managers, construction businesses directors / managers and letting them know about our Private, Best spoke Personal Administration Assistant Services and booking appointments for our Sales Closers.
2. Clients Team Administrator Tasks Duties and Responsibilities : As Clients Personal Assistant Administrator you will be required to be working as our clients team administrators looking after upto 15 private clients ( private business owners). So it is essential that you have solid experienced of working and managing a large number of clients.
Duties and Responsibilities including: managing calendar, booking appointments, scheduling clients meetings, booking conference meeting rooms, booking travel flights, booking clients accommodation, booking car transfers, answering companies telephone calls, managing companies email inboxes: responding to emails, dealing with clients complaints, hosting online / in-person events, booking clients buildings / office maintenance issues with contractors, ordering clients weekly luxury flowers-plants for private home and office deliveries and carrying out private shopping concierge services upto 15 clients members.
Key Job Role Qualities and Experiences: Essential that the consultant applicant posses these Key qualities and work experiences below:
- Essential have Proven and Tracked Telesales at least most recent 3 - 5 Years Experience
- Essential have Executive Assistant and Office Administration at least 5 years experience ( solid and practical experience of looking after exclusive large group teams: (15 executives / senior management team members all at one time )
- Ambitious and Very Hardworking
- Resourceful and consistently be able to meet all of the required practical target sales numbers.
- Be able to self-manage the job role and responsibilities ( without constant management )
- Extremely flexible and very quick to adapt all according to both business and its clients.
- Office Administration Knowledge: Google workplace: Office Excel, Office Teams, Canva etc
Working Hours Contract: Remote Mondays - Fridays 9am -17:30PM (You be required to attend company's monthly marketing sales events on Fridays) - You will be required to attend in Person marketing events promoting PRI Properties Personal Assistants services in London event venues such as Hotels: Retail Malls, Service Workplace Offices etc.
Salary Monthly Expectation: £2300 Per Month + Commission Pay: 10% Commission for high ticket sales package offers: Per Portia Roberts Wedding Bridal Package Or Properties Maintenance Services, 3 Months Probationary Period to Permanent.
