They are looking for an organised and customer focused Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team. You’ll be the key link between our customers, engineers, and internal departments ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
The Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for –
Oversee and support all customer requirements related to post-sale and service activities
Process routine parts orders efficiently and accurately
Respond to service enquiries professionally and promptly
Coordinate change parts to ensure timely delivery
Provide a consistently smooth and responsive customer service experience
* Office based role, with potential site visits to suppliers and manufacturers across the UK and Italy
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay rate:
* £12.60 per hour (includes paid lunch breaks)
Hours:
Core hours are between 8am and 5:30pm, with alternating early starts and finishes.
