The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
* Processing purchase invoices
* Statement reconciliations
* Preparing payment runs
* Processing company expenses
* Credit card reconciliations
* Processing remittances
* Allocating payments
* Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, email, and letter
* Daily banking
* Finance administration
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
1. A proven track record within a similar role
2. AAT L2 or above (desirable)
3. Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations
4. Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail
