Our friendly, busy Practice wishes to recruit an enthusiastic and efficient person to join our practice. The post is 35 hours per week Monday- Friday 10:00am- 18:00pm Experience of working in a GP Practice is essential.
We are seeking an Medical Administrator with General Practice or NHS experience. Applicants must have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills and the ability to multi- task and work well under pressure. Your ability to ensure consistent, high-quality administration will directly support our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
The role of this post will undertake a wide range of administrative duties with a view to providing excellent patient care and support to our clinical team. You will be working closely with the Practice Manager and IT team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Undertake a wide range of administrative duties with a view to providing excellent patient care and support to our clinical team
2. Flexible approach to work and can work effectively as part of a team
3. Excellent IT skills, and experience using Microsoft office packages is essential
4. Coding and Data Management, Accurately summarise and read code patient records, hospital correspondence, and other data sources into our clinical (Vision) and Docman systems, ensuring adherence to protocols.
5. Daily Administration, Triaging clinical letters and managing patient records
Clinical System Training will be provided.
