Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.

* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability without compromising quality.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and front-of-house staff.
