About the Team
This isn\'t a business where Planners sit in the background updating programmes and waiting for instructions.
They\'re looking for people who want ownership.
The type of Planner who becomes the client\'s trusted point of contact. The person who spots potential issues before they impact delivery. The person who doesn\'t just identify problems but helps drive solutions.
You\'ll be given the autonomy to manage your own workload, build client relationships and influence project outcomes from day one.
If you\'re looking for a highly structured environment where every decision is made for you, this probably isn\'t the right fit.
If you\'re ambitious, proactive and motivated by responsibility, progression and the opportunity to genuinely shape projects and client relationships, you\'ll thrive here.
The Opportunity Ahead
The UK infrastructure market is entering one of its largest investment periods in decades, creating huge demand for high-performing planning professionals.
This role offers the chance to accelerate your career, gain genuine ownership, develop commercially and play a key role in the growth of a consultancy that is investing heavily in both its people and its future.
If you\'re looking for your next step rather than another sideways move, this is worth a conversation.
