About the Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the developmental needs of Year 2 pupils.
* Create a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
* Use a range of teaching strategies to ensure all pupils are challenged and supported appropriately.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching accordingly.
* Work closely with colleagues to uphold the school's curriculum and values.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Experience teaching at the primary level, ideally with Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Strong grasp of the UK National Curriculum, particularly for Year 2.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement.
