Senior Project Manager – Construction
Location: Belfast (covering Ireland + Northern Ireland)
Remuneration: £38,000 - £45,000

Responsibilities
* Senior Project Management position dealing with high quality projects for commercial office spaces
* Plan and manage all joinery installation activities to ensure safe, on‑time, and high‑quality project delivery.
* Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics in line with project programmes.
* Oversee on‑site installation works, monitoring progress, quality, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
* Work closely with Project, Production, and Logistics teams to support smooth delivery and successful handover.
Qualifications
* Must have joinery, fit‑out or interior installation experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager or Installations manager.
* Ideally from a fit‑out / soft interiors refurbishment, house‑builder, developer, modular building or furniture market sector.
* Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ideal to hold SMSTS certification.
* Full driving licence.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with numerous projects on the go.
