Are you a talented chef ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and leading a dynamic kitchen team.
What You'll Be Doing :
* Assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
* Leading and mentoring junior kitchen staff
* Managing stock levels and ensuring food safety standards
* Supporting menu development and daily specials
* Maintaining a clean, efficient, and inspiring kitchen environment
What We're Looking For :
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative cooking
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
