Multi-Trade Operative - Ilford, East London - £38,000 to £40,000 DOE My client, a successful and established Property Management firm are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader (Property Maintenance) to join their busy maintenance department, working across residential properties in London. This role is ideal for a hands-on multi-trader with strong experience in domestic property maintenance, capable of completing a wide range of reactive and planned repairs to a high standard. As a field-based Multi-Trader, you will attend occupied and vacant properties across London, carrying out maintenance works including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, patch plastering, and minor tiling. You will work closely with their office-based repairs team and fellow trades to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and right first time.
