The Cheltenham restaurant is already going strong, and we're on the lookout for a
passionate Sous Chef to help lead the team and deliver knockout food every day.
What You'll Be Doing- Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and develop the back-of-house team
- Keep prep, service, and hygiene standards sharp and consistent
- Ensure food is delivered fast, fresh, and full of flavour
- Take charge of stock control, health & safety, and daily systems
- Be a positive, motivating force in the kitchen
What You'll Need- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a busy kitchen
- Love for bold, high-quality food and fast service
- Calm, confident approach under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
