Pertemps Burton are currently recruiting for a leading manufacturer of medical products with a strong and consistent track record of growth.
Production Operative Role:
o Monday - Friday
o Day Shift
o £12.71 per hour
o Immediate start after interview
o Weekly or Monthly Pay
o Temporary to Permanent
o Based in Tutbury (DE13)
Production Operative Responsibilities:
o Upholster and assemble a variety of seating products to a high standard.
o Maintain excellent working practices with a strong focus on health & safety
o Perform manual handling tasks safely
o Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
o Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols in the workplace
Production Operative Candidate:
o Willingness to learn and interested in progression
o Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
o Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
o Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to contribute to team success.
o Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
o Familiarity with safety procedures.
