Logistics Administrator - Appleton Thorn (WA4) - £27,000 About the Role Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our client, working for a leading organisation based in Appleton Thorn. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of their logistics and operations function. You will work within a fast-paced FMCG environment, managing data, customer orders, and supporting planning and stock control functions across the business. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders using our in-house system Assist with daily planning operations Generate stock intakes using templated reports Manage delivery intake bookings and create intake paperwork Professionally handle telephone duties and customer queries Maintain accurate electronic filing records Input and manage data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Generate using client-based platforms Investigate and resolve stock adjustments with commentary and root-cause analysis Support IT setup for new clients and maintain relevant logistics data Contribute to stocktaking, PI, analytics, KPI and MI reporting Key Skills & Experience Required Operational experience within the FMCG sector (Customer Services and Logistics) Strong knowledge of transport planning and delivery processes Extensive understanding of stock control and warehouse systems Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook For further information about this opportunity please call Maddie or Rhiannon at Forrest Recruitment for a confidential discussion 01925 652323.
