Area Chef – Storia Restaurants
Storia Restaurants is looking for an experienced Area Chef to support our growing group of Italian restaurants.
This is a hands-on role working across our sites, supporting kitchen teams with food quality, consistency, training, and stock control.
The role would suit someone who has strong kitchen leadership experience, understands busy restaurant operations, and is comfortable moving between sites to support Head Chefs and their teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting food quality and consistency across the group
Training and developing kitchen teams
Working with Head Chefs on standards, stock control and GP performance
Supporting new site openings
Helping identify and resolve operational issues quickly
What we’re looking for:
Previous Head Chef, Area Chef or senior multi-site kitchen experience
Strong knowledge of Italian / fresh food restaurant operations
Good leadership and communication skills
Commercial awareness around labour, stock and food cost
A practical, hands-on approach
Flexibility to travel between sites
Salary dependent on experience.
