Therefore, as their trusted and long standing recruitment partner, we are on the hunt for experienced new business account directors to join their fast-growing, ambitious and high-performing sales teams.
This is a \"land and expand role\" which will see this person come from a new business background in the IT space. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, whilst being allocated low-spending and dormant accounts.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
* Win, develop and manage a portfolio of accounts
* Develop positive relationship with new and existing client(s)
* Manage the full cycle sales process from introduction to close on deals covering IT Managed Services, Networking, Cyber & Hardware
Experience
* At least 3+ years experience in a similar new business role
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
* Proven track record in IT Solution sales to Mid-Market & Enterprise clients
* Generating circa £500k+ GP annually, mainly new business

* Salary ranging from £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
