Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Administrator- This is a full-time position offering 27.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm.

Position Overview:

The role of administrator is to assist Advisers within the business with all administration and follow up processes to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Mortgage and Protection Administration process, follow compliance procedures, liaise with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, insurance providers and advisers to progress cases to completion.

The role is also required to liaise with clients to ensure excellence in customer services is delivered at all times and supports the advisers within the business.

Essential Job Functions:

* Provide excellence in customer service for our clients and liaise with 3rdparties where required to achieve this
* Provide clear, accurate and concise information in all correspondence
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
* Assist with data entry and maintaining databases.
* Prepare reports and other documents as needed.
* Ability to be able to plan and organise your workload without supervision
* Assess priorities within the business and manage day to day tasks
* Process and record activity undertaken when processing applications
* Use systems, processes and procedures to ensure all compliance processes and procedures are adhered to
* Assisting advisers within the company to progress applications to completion
* Keep advisers and principal updated on progress of applications

Qualifications:

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in basic math calculations.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Be able to use systems and programs as required to maintain an effective operation as required by the needs of the business
* Ability to challenge and negotiate to ensure client needs are met or exceeded
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.

The role is not to give or provide financial advice to clients at any time and should always be referred to the advisers qualified to provide this advice
