Key Responsibilities: Lead Day-to-Day Operations: Manage two monthly UK payrolls, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with our outsourced payroll provider and internal stakeholders, including Finance, Reward, and Audit. Point of Escalation: Serve as the go-to person for Payroll Advisors and Administrators, providing guidance and support. Ensure Compliance: Uphold standards of compliance with HMRC, GDPR, and our internal controls.
