We are seeking an Operations Director to join a high-end caterer across their London venues, overseeing logistics, staffing, and end-to-end event execution for high-profile clients and global brands. This role requires a hands-on approach for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational functions across events, staffing, and logistics
* Lead large-scale, complex event delivery from planning to execution
* Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and profitability
* Manage and mentor core operations teams
* Act as a primary contact for clients and venue partners
* Ensure all events comply with sustainability, health and safety, and brand standards
Candidate Requirements
* Proven operational leadership experience in events or catering
* Experience managing multi-site or high-profile venues
* Strong commercial acumen with keen cost control and delivery skills
* Natural team leader with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Hands-on, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure
