The Role: Bodyshop Manager – Darlington
As Bodyshop Manager, you will take full ownership of the site’s performance. You will lead your team to exceed financial targets, deliver outstanding repair quality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires a strong balance of commercial awareness, operational control, and people-focused leadership.
Key Responsibilities
13. Drive site performance to meet and exceed financial and operational targets
14. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
15. Manage recruitment, retention, and staffing levels
16. Oversee workflow, productivity, and quality control
17. Ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
18. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers

About You
20. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role within the automotive industry
21. Strong commercial and operational management skills
22. Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
23. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding targets
24. Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
