Private Client Solicitor, 1:2 PQE, Milton Keynes. This well:established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join its busy and supportive partner:led team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected private client practice handling a broad and varied caseload for individuals, families, and high:net:worth clients.
You will advise clients across the full spectrum of private client matters, including:
: Drafting simple and complex wills
: Probate and estate administration
: Lasting Powers of Attorney
: Trusts and estate planning
: Tax and succession planning
: Advising high:net:worth individuals, including matters involving repatriation and cross:border estate considerations
Working closely with experienced partners, you will gain exposure to high:quality work while being supported in your continued professional development.
The successful candidate will have:
: 1:2 years' PQE
: Experience managing a varied private client caseload
: Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
: Show empathy and sensitivity when dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients, as well as emotionally sensitive matters
: Be organised, personable, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment
: STEP qualification or progress toward STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
