Join one of Reed's fastest‑growing sectors and take ownership of a busy Food & FMCG recruitment desk in Manchester covering the North West, North East, and Yorkshire. What You'll Be Doing – Full 360 Recruitment
This is a blended permanent and contract/temporary recruitment role where you'll manage your own desk, build strong commercial relationships, and deliver high‑quality placements across the Food & FMCG market.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
* Meeting clients, taking detailed job briefs, and understanding end‑to‑end hiring needs
* Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market‑leading database
* Registering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including compliance checks
* Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer, contract and placement process
* Filling urgent contract/temp bookings with pace, accuracy and strong service levels
* Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across the region
* Developing new business opportunities across the Food & FMCG sector
* Maximising cross‑selling opportunities across Reed's specialist divisions
