We’re hiring a Customer Growth Executive to join a growing business consultancy in central Glasgow. The company works closely with small businesses, helping them manage essential services so they can focus on what they do best – running their business.
The Role
This is not cold sales. Instead, you’ll be working with existing customers, building relationships and helping them get the most value from the services available.
You Will
* Speak with existing customers on a daily basis
* Understand their business needs and challenges
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services
* Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
* Work towards targets in a supportive, high-energy environment

* Working in a call centre or customer service role
* Used to speaking with customers and building rapport quickly
