We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to work with our Building Team, at South Molton Triangle, a mixed-use development in the Mayfair conservation area of central London. The role will plan, manage, coordinate and oversee key work areas and subcontract packages across the full construction life‑cycle, from structural works and demolition to internal fit-out, supporting the successful delivery of high‑specification commercial office developments.
As the Construction Manager you will:
* Lead and motivate teams to deliver project and area objectives, providing clear direction and effective people management.
* Champion a strong site safety culture, ensuring all works are planned, controlled and delivered in line with statutory requirements and company health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
* Manage trade contractors across design coordination, procurement, prefabrication and on‑site performance.
* Resolve site issues promptly, report defects or non‑conformances, and identify opportunities to improve methods and drive innovation.
* Maintain effective commercial control of contractors, ensuring delivery within budget and that contractual and claims correspondence is managed accurately and on time.
We are looking for:
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager delivering similar large‑scale projects for a Tier 1 main contractor.
* Extensive site management experience, ideally with line management responsibility.
* Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and delivery, with a proactive and solution‑focused approach.
* Package management experience, managing multiple trade packages, including MEP of varying complexity and value.
* Skilled in programme management, including progress tracking, planned vs actual reporting and dashboard monitoring.
