About the Role
We are seeking a Learning & Talent Partner to shape the future of talent development and learning within our organisation. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing progressive learning strategies that support employee growth, performance enhancement, and long-term talent retention.
Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, operational excellence trainers, and external partners to develop forward-thinking learning programs that align with organisational goals. Your expertise will drive innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic talent development, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills needed to succeed in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic learning programs that enhance employee development and business performance- from entry level roles to leadership.
* Deliver engaging training experiences in person and virtually that resonate across diverse audiences while utilising creative facilitation methods and innovative learning technologies.
* Lead with planning and execution of performance cycles, support with succession planning, and talent mapping with a future-oriented approach, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
* Build and refine competency frameworks to support future skill needs and workforce growth.
* Lead with the design and implementation of an employee engagement survey, harnessing insights to create actionable initiatives.
* Design seamless induction programs that set the tone for success and embed new hires into a culture of innovation, inclusion, and shared values.
* Partner with external vendors and thought leaders to bring forward-thinking learning solutions to the organisation
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 7+ years in Learning & Development or Talent roles, with a strong track record in future-focused initiatives.
* Preferred background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
* Proven experience in instructional design, from concept development to the creation and delivery of high-quality training content. Including familiarity with e-learning platforms and creating blended learning solutions.
* Experience in retail or food and beverage industries is a plus but not essential—bring fresh perspectives from any dynamic, fast-paced environment!
* Proven experience in managing a team to successfully implement and execute the Learning & Talent strategy.
