Level 3 Early Years Practitioner and/or Room Leader – Wokingham

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Finchampstead, Wokingham. The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children, ensuring compliance with nursery policies and staff-to-child ratios.
* Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences.
* Build positive and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress, maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation.
* Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times, completing risk assessments, hazard logs, and relevant paperwork as required.
* Support the settling-in process for new children, working closely with parents, carers, and team members to ensure a smooth and positive transition.
What We're Looking For
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
* A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting (essential).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A Paediatric First Aid qualification, or willingness to undertake the training.
