Their work spans a broad spectrum, including building renovations, groundworks and earthmoving, steel-framed buildings, sports pitch construction, and drainage systems. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee multiple sites and play a key role in driving continued growth and operational success.
This role offers a balanced mix of office and site-based work, typically involving 1-2 days in the office and the remainder on-site, managing projects across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing day-to-day site operations, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and handling associated administrative tasks, to name a few.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing construction projects and have knowledge of groundworks, steel framed buildings, and renovations. Applicants must hold a full UK driver's licence and live a commutable distance to the office in Hertford.
