Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

This role is perfect for a Team Leader, Service Manager or Deputy Manager wanting to take that next step in their career and take registration for their first service.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or the want and need to complete your NVQ Level 5
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A person focused individual that puts the care and support of others above all else.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and direct day to day management of the service
Staff supervisions
New resident reviews, assessments, and transitions
Care and support planning
Quality and compliance in line with company and national minimum standards
Auditing and monitoring
Finance Management
HR responsibilities
Infection prevention and control
Staff training and development
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary up to 35,000, have the opportunity to be a registered manager, take your first CQC and be supported through the whole process. You'll get the opportunity to complete your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 7 if you already have your NVQ Level 5. Pension plan, medical and holiday allowance.
