Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Manager to oversee operations at their Cheltenham office.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Helpdesk & Operations
1. Manage the Cheltenham Facilities Helpdesk, ensuring efficient handling of queries and coordination with contractors.
2. Lead service delivery and implement helpdesk procedures including permit-to-work processes.
3. Support meeting room setups, office moves, and weekend/out-of-hours works.
Budget & Vendor Management
4. Monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets, assist with budget preparation, and approve invoices.
5. Manage contracts for M&E, cleaning, and stationery, ensuring KPI compliance and regular reviews.
Compliance & Sustainability
6. Ensure legislative compliance across FM functions.
7. Contribute to ISO 14001 and EMS standards, supporting sustainability goals.
8. Oversee GDPR-compliant security access systems and conduct regular audits.
Team Leadership & Development
9. Conduct regular catch-ups, manage absences, and support team performance.
10. Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems and intranet pages.
Event & Project Support
11. Collaborate with Marketing and DE&I teams on event logistics.
12. Participate in evacuation drills and support firmwide projects.

13. Proven experience in a Facilities Helpdesk or similar environment.
14. Strong administrative skills, ideally within a professional services setting.
15. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
