Role & Responsibilities:
* To ensure all of our guests
receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care
during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
* To ensure all complaints are
minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies
* To
ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Rooms and Public
Areas are met at all times
* To work with the HHK to
inspect all rooms prior to arrival and to ensure all guest specific
requirements are met
* To work with the HHK to
oversee the laundering of all bed linen, towels, restaurant linen and uniforms
* To supervise the team in
accordance with our policies
* To ensure stock control with
the HHK
* To follow all hotel policies
as outlined in your training manual:
* To clean the hotel bedrooms
and corridors and maintain our high standard
* To keep all cupboards neat
and presentable at all times
* All cleaning materials to be
used to the HHK’s specification
* To report any maintenance
faults
* Follow the lost property
procedure
* To observe and comply with
cleaning rotas, health and safety regulations
* To understand
responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH,
Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
* To ensure a good working
relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout
the hotel
* All other duties as required
