Job Description:
A leading provider of third-party administration services is seeking a Senior DB Pensions professional with management experience to join them in this Team Leader role.
To be successful in this role, you should have a background in Defined Benefits Pensions, with strong technical and leadership skills, and experience managing a team of administrators.
Key responsibilities include:
* Allocating work to administrators, prioritizing urgent or complaint cases.
* Managing, supporting, and training administrators, including peer reviews and case work checks.
* Participating in Trustee and client meetings from an administration perspective.
* Ensuring member and scheme events are completed on time and meet targets.
* Maintaining ongoing client relationship management for schemes.
Applicants must have excellent DB Pensions knowledge, experience managing a team of administrators in a Third Party Administration environment, and professional exam progression is advantageous.
