Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis where required Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Assist with lesson preparation and organisation Encourage pupil engagement and participation Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress About You We are looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable Passionate about working with children A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills Able to work effectively as part of a team Previous experience working with children is desirable Requirements Child Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (support can be provided) Two professional references covering the last 24 months Why Join Us?
