About The Role
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Shift Pattern: Saturday Day and Sunday Day shifts, followed by 7 consecutive night shifts, then 7 days off. The pattern continues with another 7 night shifts and 5 days off. This rolling shift pattern includes Bank Holidays. This is a mobile role – company vehicle provided.
We are urgently seeking a Security Mobile Response Officer to join Atlas Security, part of the Atlas FM Group. Launched in 2021, Atlas Security is a rapidly growing UK security company and a 100% employee-owned business.
As a Mobile Response Officer, you will respond to alarm activations, conduct patrols, and provide lock/unlock services at client premises in line with instructions. You will also support escort and access requests and ensure accurate record-keeping. A company vehicle will be provided for all shifts, and you will play a key role in ensuring client property and public safety.
Your responsibilities:
* Responding promptly to alarm activations via our Call Centre
* Providing mobile patrol, lock & unlock, escort, and access services
* Following emergency escalation procedures when necessary
* Completing incident and job reports accurately
* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance
* Ensuring confidentiality and key security at all times
About You
We seek a confident, dependable team player with excellent customer service skills. You should be proactive, punctual, and committed to doing the right thing.
Requirements:
* Valid SIA Licence (or willingness to complete training)
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Proof of right to work in the UK
* Five-year checkable work history
* Good written and spoken English
* Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Smart and professional appearance
