Opportunity: Residential Property Legal Assistant
Location: Trowbridge (Flexible Working)
Hours: Full:Time (9am : 5pm)
Salary: Up to 30,000 + Bonus (DOE)

The Role:
Youll play a key part in supporting a busy conveyancing team, getting involved in the full lifecycle of property transactions. This is a varied, hands:on role where no two days look quite the same.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the preparation of contracts, leases and property documentation Drafting correspondence and standard legal documents Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors Supporting with file management, compliance and case updates Coordinating with accounts on transactions and transfers Handling calls, queries and client communication professionally Providing general administrative support and occasional reception cover
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being busy, organised and client:facing.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience within residential conveyancing (essential) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A confident and professional communication style Someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
