Isle of Wight - 30-Bed Boutique Hotel - Salary + Profit Share
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Strategic Hotel Manager (or experienced hospitality couple) to lead our highly regarded 30-bed boutique hotel on the beautiful Isle of Wight.
This is not a standard General Manager role. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the owners to take an already successful hotel to the next level across restaurant, events, spa, and brand positioning.
About the Hotel
The Hotel is a very popular boutique property with pool and spa facilities, strong seasonal demand, and an established reputation for quality and service. We are now entering an exciting next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This role would particularly suit:
A couple with complementary skills (eg. Chef + Front of House / Operations )
or
A strong individual operator with both commercial and operational capability
You will:
Lead day-to-day hotel operations
Develop and enhance the restaurant offering
Drive events, weddings, retreats and off-season revenue
Build, mentor and manage the team
Implement systems and reporting structures
Work closely with the owners on strategy and growth
