About the Role
We're looking for a Microsoft Entra and M365 Messaging Specialist to join our global Operations team supporting mission‑critical collaboration and identity platforms. You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Entra ID, M365, Azure and modern collaboration technologies, ensuring stability, resilience and continuous improvement across a large‑scale, complex enterprise environment.
You'll work alongside an 8‑person team in Radbroke and collaborate with global peers, providing deep technical expertise, operational leadership and hands‑on problem solving for some of the bank's most critical services.
What You'll Do
Advanced Entra ID Administration - Lead identity, federation and integration activities across Entra ID and Entra Connect.
M365 Messaging Support - Provide expert‑level support for Exchange Online, M365 tenant services and collaboration platforms.
Platform Stability & Monitoring - Execute preventative maintenance, tune monitoring thresholds and enhance alerting to ensure issues are identified early.
Automation & Efficiency - Identify opportunities to automate support tasks, reduce manual effort and improve operational resilience.
Incident & Problem Management - Analyse logs, error messages and user reports to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Risk & Control Management - Identify risks, strengthen controls and contribute to policy and governance improvements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner with engineering, security, architecture and business‑aligned teams to support strategic initiatives.
On‑Call & After‑Hours Support - Participate in global on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support when required.
What You Bring
Strong Entra ID Expertise - Deep experience with Entra ID, Entra Connect, federation and identity integrations.
Azure & M365 Platform Knowledge - Strong understanding of Azure AD/M365 architecture, configuration and operational support.
Copilot & AI Tools - Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI agent capabilities.
Messaging & Collaboration Skills - Hands‑on experience with Exchange Online and M365 tenant administration.
API & Automation - Familiarity with Graph API, scripting or API‑driven automation.
Backup & Resilience - Knowledge of Entra backup solutions (e.g., Rubrik).
Experience working in large, complex, regulated environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
