Overview
Tenant Liaison Officer — £30,000 - £33,000 per year | Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract (possible extension)
Responsibilities
* Continuously improve the tenant experience and maintain high satisfaction rates.
* Act as the first point of contact for investigating and resolving first-stage tenant complaints.
* Liaise with tenants before works commence, ensuring they are informed of scope, timescales, and appointments.
* Provide administrative support including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
* Collate and provide statistical information as required.
* Support customers and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve building issues.
* Collect and manage customer data accurately.
* Undertake risk assessments.
* Ensure systems are updated with accurate information.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
* Comply with all legal obligations, including Health & Safety.
Essential Skills & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* Clean DBS check.
* Strong understanding of housing law and housing management.
* Experience working with vulnerable people in the community.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
