Role Overview
The Project Support Officer will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the EPR Programme and associated projects. The post holder will ensure that governance processes are followed, documentation is maintained, and project teams are supported to deliver against agreed timelines.
Working arrangements
Hybrid working is available across the team, but this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go-live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.
Key responsibilities
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the programme office.
* Support effective communication across stakeholders.
* Maintain and organise project documentation.
* Coordinate governance processes and support project teams to deliver against agreed timelines.
