Support budgetary cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare management accounts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct weekly and monthly variance analysis to inform decision-making.
Assist in managing relationships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with Site Outbound Logistics Managers to identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain financial control and manage risks within the logistics area.
Implement checks for accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and review monthly journals in SAP and Movex.
Produce weekly and monthly reports on cost bridging, labour, and volume.
Contribute to regional budget preparation and biannual forecasts.
Build effective cross-functional relationships across sites.
Provide team support and cover as needed.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis.

We're looking for a Regional Finance Analyst for a fixed term of 12 months to join our team and support financial operations across our Northern logistics network. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for development and cross-functional collaboration. AAT qualified or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
Experience in detailed reconciliations.
Proficient in Excel and financial systems.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Previous exposure to logistics or supply chain finance is advantageous.
