· Experience in natural stone, masonry or urban development desirable
· Ability to travel to client meetings regularly
Responsibilities
· Stay ahead of industry trends
· Identify and convert potential customers in key markets
· Achieve quarterly sales targets through a mix of outreach, account management and networking
· Source new commercial and high value customers
· Research key markets and identify new opportunities
· Utilise CRM system to manage and grow accounts
· Collaborate across departments and align with company goals
Requirements
Skills
· Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating large contracts
· Ability to engage with high level stakeholders and customers
· Knowledge of specification and tendering processes in construction
· Strong problem solving skills
· Ability to articulate and analyse complex technical information
Experience
· Minimum 5 years experience selling £100,000+ deals in a related industry
· Experience with B2B and commercial sales
· Experience developing proposals for large/complex projects
· Experience developing sales with high net worth commercial and private customers
· Experience with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot
