The Role: As the Planned Works Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality planned maintenance and capital improvement projects across housing stock. You will be responsible for managing projects end‑to‑end—from procurement through to completion—ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will work closely with contractors, residents and internal teams to ensure projects achieve excellent outcomes, high levels of resident satisfaction and full regulatory compliance.
